22 years in high-ticket sales. $40M+ closed and led. Built, scaled, and exited an award-winning Australian aesthetics practice. Now putting that experience to work on one founder's offer at a time.
Begin a conversationMost closers are taught to sell. I was trained to operate. A decade running my own award-winning premium aesthetics practice. I built the sales system that lifted consult-to-close from 40% to 70%, trained the team that delivered it, and protected the brand from any tactic that would have cheapened the offer. Before that, 12 years in medical device sales, finishing as Director of Sales, ANZ. After 22 years on both sides of the table, I know the difference between the conversation that earns a $100K decision and the one that earns a $5K one.
Where most closers chase the deal, I architect the conversation.
Where most closers protect commission, I protect the founder's offer.
Where most closers move on, I stay for the long arc.
High-ticket selling is not technique. It is presence, judgement, and the willingness to hold a $100K silence without flinching. After 22 years I have learned to do all three.
I trained as a cardiac physiologist, then moved into medical device sales when I realised the highest-leverage way to improve patient outcomes was to put the right technology into the right surgeons' hands.
Over 12 years at St. Jude Medical and LivaNova, I sold pacemakers, defibrillators, and artificial heart valves into hospitals across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. I was the first international transfer in St. Jude Medical Australia's history, sent to lead the UK and Southeast England business. I finished my medical device career as Director of Sales, ANZ for an artificial heart valve company.
In 2016 I co-founded Cosmetic Avenue, a two-clinic premium aesthetics group covering surgical and non-surgical work. Over the next decade we built it into one of Melbourne's busiest practices and won Australasia's Cosmetic Practice of the Year in 2019 and 2020.
The growth was driven by a consultative sales system I built and trained into the clinical team. We lifted consult-to-close from a 40% baseline to a sustainable 70%. I successfully exited the business in December 2025.
"Trust is what makes a $100K decision feel inevitable. Everything else is technique. Premium founders don't need a closer. They need a peer who can sell."
After the exit I made a deliberate choice. Instead of building another company, I wanted to put my best selling energy into the work I have always loved most: the conversation itself. Remote high-ticket closing is the lane that lets me do that for one founder's offer at a time, fully focused, without the operational distractions of running a business.
